has anybody got one? any bad things to report about it breaking etc? ive got a mobi 15 which ive just sold to a mate, worked flawlessly for a year (although i didnt use it that often admittedly)

i wanted an all in one unit (ie no wires), so ive taken a punt on the ones on CRC in the sale....not costing me hardly anything to change after selling mine to my mate...

it seems there is no website for mobiwasher anymore and when you go on there site it directs you to CRC, so either they have given up with the product, or sold the company to crc?

bit worried it could go tits up and be able to not get spares, but i guess at least i can send the whole thing back to CRC should it fail..

please tell me the all in one unit isnt a pile of shite!

Yeah ive got one. Had it a few years with no real problems. Only issue being that connecting the top blue bit to the base wuold leak if you dont check the rubber washer is on straight.

cheers guys - theres a bit of faith anyways 🙂 good start!

yeah have read a few people say they leak? it should be staying on the base id assume and ill only fill it half way if that when i go out, will be stored indoors like my current one, heard they dont like the cold to much either

I've got one - had it for a few years. It came with the twist fittings for the hose which to be honest are a bit crap.

However, when one broke -perhaps due to cold. I got in touch and they sorted me out with the newer push-lok fittings which are a massive improvement.

Not used any other brands - but as its a stand alone unit I find it pretty good.

discstix - yep i know what you mean about the hose connectors, they never seem like they are locked in place securely...

on my v15 i asked mobi about upgrading to the push lok thing - but it didnt work/fit on the v-15....

it was only designed as a upgrade on the v-17...

dont suppose you have the product code or know what it was called exactly do you? i may just order it on CRC, as i agree i bet its 10x better than the standard one

OW - Sorry, I don't have any product codes or anything.

They sent me both the male and female fittings for the hose/gun/base as the twist ones were discontinued.

I was told all the latest V17's will have the updated fittings - only floating old stock may have the twisty ones.

Been using one for over 2 year now, only problem was the connection snapped in my hand but tbh i think it was the freezing temperture that caused that, couple of quid sorted that out 🙂
