Everyone back from their hols? Presumably a little heavier with a borderline drink problem? Or is that just me?

Anyway, to blow away the cobwebs, how about something non-hilly and easy? 😉

Shepherds Rest, Todmorden. OL14 6JJ

8.15pm

Bring money for beer and operational suspension.

What’s the route you’re planning could be tempted, I assume up to Gaddings first.

Emm if set off at 8 you’ll catch me up at Gaddings, (I’ve no e-bike) new decent “intrigued” the path that crosses the penny steps? Are you coming to Shropshire via the dillusional track, went across there yesterday herd of cows, horses and sheep, path was like a zoo.

Who's in then? I was out at the weekend, it's bone dry, and today's forecast tiny amount of drizzle won't be enough to change that so there are no excuses to be had there. Also it'll be dark, so you won't be able to see the clouds 😉

The yellow golf ball sized swelling on the side of my knee is saying no for me 🙁

Bring a map and compass, can’t see the Shepherd’s let alone Gaddings or Stoodley, Oh and a cattle prod could be useful, should be there unless tempted out by a sunny afternoon.

Maybe catch you on the next one!  Alan

Drizzle was fine, standard Calderdale type drizzle, cool and refreshing 🙂

Good turnout given the weather. Also that might be the first time we've done the same descent twice.

I think Baz is threatening a Rivi ride next week. 2 laps of San Marino????
