Anyone seen any stock anywhere? Having smacked my old Super2 quite hard I should probably replace it, but struggling to find stock of large helmets anywhere. Have predominantly looked at similar style options from Giro and Bell (as they tend to fit me), but requirements are really some kind of MIPS system, and ideally a straightforward place to mount a Diablo for night rides.

Outlandish colours not totally out of the question, but would be nice if I can match it to something...

Giro helmets are the ones that fit my Mahoosive Melon. Partly because they take into account that us with large craniums don't just grow the circumference but also the height from our ears to the summit. A few manufacturers just increase the circumference, leaving the helmet perched on the top of my head like an outsized mushroom.

Also worth looking at the Bontrager Rally mips, fits my mate's oversize noggin very nicely.

I recently got a Giro Montaro and I have 62cm cranium.  Was unsure of the Mipps at first but great fitting helmet, forget its on.

100% altec - fits my 62cm head in comfort all day.

Very well vented too.

Can't help on stock but I'd comment that, for me at least, I generally have to try a lot of helmets before I find one that really fits because at 63cm I'm against the hard shell so the shape really has to be right. If Giro fits you, I'd suggest TLD is also worth a look. But then Bell wouldn't go on my head at all so we're all different...

That said, my TLD A1 lacks the kind of central vent I'd like to fit an Exposure mount to.

Ive got a Bell 4forty, as mentioned above only Giro/Bell/661 seem to actually make properly big helmets. And even then you have to get the right one as they seem to have two different variations on 'large', one of which is so comically small the full face opening wont go over by head!

Went through this recently (there was a thread) and finally got hold of a Giro Fixture XL (non MIPS) for £55.

My noggin is 63cm (XL goes up to 65cm) and it fits really nicely (as mentioned above, circumference and depth wise), hardly notice it compared to my old Fox Flux. I have fitted a helmet mount for my Joystick with no issues.

The Fixture does come in MIPS variant, but I couldn't find any stock anywhere and having spent quite some time looking, pounced on the non MIPS one when it came back into stock in Tredz.

What is the sizing/shape like on Lazer helmets? Is it similar to Giro/Specialized/TLD - all seem to have the right shape for my head and my pads are desperately needing replacing, think it's time for a replacement.
