Right, I am covering some site supervision in Moray. Lot's of sitting and the occasional wander onto a glorified paddling pool to observe.

At my disposal I have a porta-cabin furnished with a tiny forman type grill and a small worktop oventhing of unknown quality and a kettle.

Ingredients wise I have nothing but a 24hr tesco at my disposal.

Challenge me.

If you have a hob, do a one pot chilli con carne, scoop up with lightly salted tortilla chips.
Mega easy and quick!

Oven roasted veg and couscous with chicken or lamb done on the grill?
Get some harissa paste on the chicken (or some other marinade) and it should be pretty tasty.
Add flat breads of some sort if required.
Enjoy.

Si

As many bacon sandwiches as you can eat. Don't forget the brown sauce.
