This will be entertaining - looking forward to watching it when I get home 🙂 .

Is he riding his downcountry bike?

He's got some balls doing that.

They should've let him do it on a modern bike too though.

Squamish looks pretty top-notch for riding eh?

Excellent!!

"...good for them.

Good for them."

Agree he should do it on a trail  bike of his choice too.

I've been eyeing up doing a similar thing on my 1994 hardtail. What could possibly go wrong?

Great video from Mike there.

I hope they get all the pros to do it on vintage bikes as well, far more entertaining than a super slick race edit.

To be fair that Brodie would eat up most FC trail centre black trails no bother, not so much the fire road climbs.

These old DH bikes are like grasshoppers compared to todays praying mantis.

The wheels on that thing look like they're almost touching.

You can hear the actual fear in his voice/screams at several points 😀

It can't have been 'that' bad...
Yes it's and an old, heavy DH bike, but quite a tough one, and with a nice big old set of Shivers on the front?

I think he was laying it on a bit thick TBH...

Remember, these kinds of trails always look less steep in videos. I'm sure it was just as hairy as he made out…

Why did it take so long for geometry to progress? Amazing how obvious the changes seem with hindsight

The first bit of his lap looked pretty fast to me tbf.

I rode Pub Run DH track at Greno on my 1998 Sunn Vertik quite a bit 2/3 years ago when that was my only MTB - also doing double duty as a commuter. V-braked hardtail with 80mm travel Marzocchi M4 forks (which were in fact still awesome). Think I got about 2600th on Strava 8)
