The RS8 take a standard shimano external bb xt etc. Just need to know if your frame is a 68mm or a 73 for spacers, if 68 you need 2 or 1 for 73. Hope that helps.

Then you will need a 68 x 113
I have run narrower I.e. 110 or 108 to give a better q(?) factor but it really does depend on clearance

If it needs an external BB, you will need 3 spacers for a 68mm and 1 spacer for a 73mm shell, unless you have a BB mounted chain device or front mech. If so, drop one spacer off the drive side.
