Afternoon All,

As above really.

No screw holes on this one so need a good adhesive.

Ti frame alloy badge.

Got some of that no nails stuff in the garage but was thinking might need a 2 part epoxy?

Only want to have to do this once 😆

Any suggestions?

Araldite 2 part adhesive should do it. Make sure you key both areas first with wet and dry.

What's in no nails? Is it silicone based?

Anyway, I would guess either would do as they are both strong enough to hold a small piece of metal. As above make your you get a good key. You'll need to lightly sand both surfaces so they are not smooth and then make sure they are dust free. Might be worth having smoe masking tape to hold it if you get bored before it's dry.

My on-one badge is held on by double sided tape...

I used JB Weld for the Jen Green badge on my Litespeed.

I'd use the double-sided foam tape that sign-writers use. It'll take up any discrepancy in the curve between the 2 surfaces and a tape would give a stronger adhesion than a glue that could go brittle and drop off.

It comes in different thicknesses too - I'm sure a signwriter would sort you out for the price of a pint if you can't source it...

I'm not too sure it JB Weld can be used for securing pubic wigs.

It does come in two parts though.

I just came back to this thread to suggest double sided foam tape. The stuff you get for fixing car numberplates and rear view mirrors. Might make the badge stand a bit proud but will stick well. Just clean the surfaces with a bit of vodka before you apply.

Sticks like sticky stuff

If it'll hold plaster board to a wall it'll hold a tiny little head badge to a frame
