My friend who used to be an ex pro cyclist had a stroke about 3 yrs ago, massive shock for everyone .
He is still unable to live a normal life and is now bed bound pretty much of the time , but still manages to run his bike shop from his bed ! Via cameras and lots of calls with his staff!
I got this message from him this morning we are regularly in touch
I didn't know wether to laugh or cry ! But knowing him I laughed
stroke is a ctnu ,dont let happen to you,get checked by doctor,stay healthy,look after your family,be good

Class, good lad. What an effort, suppose it would be a lot harder without having the shop to run every day!
