Ordered from CRC on Sunday and delivered today as expected. I Really rate Merlin for great service but CRC were also cheaper this time as well. Speak as you find. I guess they all have good and bad days.

Merlin seem to be the best at the moment. I use CRC for a price comparison and to look at the reviews, then more often than not buy from Merlin.

Isn't the 10% VIP thing applied to your account? So you should see it at the checkout.

They don't do the VIP thing as far as I can tell from a couple of orders. They just seem to have near continuous offers of 10 % off everything.

Never had a problem with CRC, Wiggle, Merlin etc; so I guess some people have just been unlucky.
