Hello STW collective,
Just wondering if anyone knows of any good fireroad/gravel routes for young kids (6-9 yrs) on the Mendips, perhaps around Rowberrow / Charterhouse area? Obviously looking for an easy riding short loop without any killer climbs, and preferably with some amazing views over to the coast that I can gaze upon whilst ignoring the wails of despair from my offspring at having been separated from their nintendo controllers for over half an hour.

There's a few fireroads in Rowberrow forest, but with no views. You could ride from Tynings riding school down into forest then climb back gently on to Blackdown, visit the trig point for the sea views then return the same way.
