My buddy and I are planning on having a bimble over the Mendips tomorrow incorporating Cheddar Gorge.
Has anyone been over there in the last few days? Am I going to be battling mud for the entire morning or is there some good riding to be had.

the main routes up and down the mendips were pretty good today but the off-piste is still very muddy. Was going to head down to cheddar but the light started to go.

Go 40 miles further south to quantocks, conditions will be far betterer

Quantocks still pretty churned up in places, but quite rideable. Think the gorge road is still closed too?
