Does anyone else have this problem?
I’m a paid member but can’t access all member’s content. I can access the member’s forum but can’t access anything from the home page (tests, interviews etc.)
I’ve emailed tech back in June but haven’t had a reply. Is there anything I should be doing in my account settings?
It seems to be (to me) to be down on what you used to be able to get to. I can only click on the 'member only' section from a computer not a phone - it might be one of the tiny little icons but I'll be buggered if I can find it. There does not seem to be a test section any more that I can find with the historical tests from mags. Maybe it was never there but I'm sure it was. Maybe it's been removed as a historical test from years ago is now longer deemed relevant who whos.
The bit that current annoys me is the magazine archive only seems to go back to issue 103. I definitely downloaded issue 94 a year or so ago as it has a rie local to me that I wanted to look at so that is definitely a change.
It feels a little bit like a work in progress.....
edit - found the member only area on my phone. Hit the 6 squares in the top banner then a side bar appears. It's the bottom icon in the side bar. Format is to shit when it does appear though.
I can get into the members area but when I try to read a review etc. It says it’s for member only.
This was one of the main reasons I bought a membership - If it doesn’t get resolved I think I’m due a refund. That nobody is answering my emails is also frustrating.
I'd give em a chance to sort it next week. There are updates going on at the mo (as Mark's recent "Bear with" thread explained), something is clearly broked at the mo, cos the "Subscribe" link is back for people who have already subscribed.
You don't need a bloody refund, it'll only be a couple of days. Seriously.

I’ve just been looking at my subscriptions again and can see that I have one active and two cancelled accounts. I think this was caused when I had 3 x subscription fees taken; two have been refunded but they still show as cancelled subscriptions. I wonder if somehow the website is thinking my account is cancelled. That said, if this was the case It’s odd that I can get to the members’ areas.
