Is Megaexo compatible with hollow tech II? (i.e. a good old fashioned bottom 68/73mm bracket) Found a bit of a bargain crankset....

Fsa use the mega exo tag on many things that don't always work even with each other

Check the axle diameter to be sure ht11 is 24 mm I think but it's late so do check

I'm fairly sure the Mega-Exo BB uses a different width cup.
I wanted to fit my Mega-Exo cranks off an old bike onto my new one with a standard Shimano BB and it wouldn't work(though I've forgotten why sorry)

I looked into getting a new Mega-exo BB but it wasn't worth the money for the change.

I've run MegaExo cranks with a variety of HTII BBs including the "proper" FSA MegaExo BB that came with the cranks and with Shimano with no problems. Best to check though - FSA web site is fairly informative and will tell you if whatever you're buying needs a special BB.
