I can only take 2 bikes with me to Canada, initially, but my brother is going to take out my DH bike when he goes out in August. However, I need to pack the bike up in the next few weeks, which usually includes dismantling it, wrapping it to within an inch of it's life and letting the air out of the Boxxer WCs, which I then compress and tie with rope.
Is storing the bike in this manner for a few months going to do it any harm?
