So I cooked some lamb from the local supermarket and was half way through when...crunch! There were 2 very small pieces of metal in the meat! I'm pretty sure they weren't a filling that fell out. I only have 2 and can still see them in my teeth. I accidentally swallowed one but spat out the other. It's about 3mm diameter, round and very rough.
No idea what to do next. I'm not hurt but worried as to how the meat got metal in it!
