Today, it got the CX treatment.
Hit with the ugly stick it might be but it rips along nicely. Looking forward to a few (gentle) off road adventures on it.
what bits and bobs have you used to do that? i need to put mine back into commuter mode but want to do it with drops what bars,stem you running?
I quite like that. Doesn't look ugly at all I don't think.

Badly applies handlebar tape
Schwalbe CX tyres.
It was a mountain bike set up but having a 456 and an Enduro I isn't need another off road bike. That's why the K M got the CX treatment, hopefully to fulfill my road bike craving too.
Mate that looks bomb proof.
