I have a Maxle on a PP that keeps on working lose. I tighten it on the screwthread , and the flop the tension lever ...
What am I doing wrong? ... it always works loose.
You should have to push the lever closed with some force, not just flop it over so it sounds like you need to screw the axle further before closing the lever.
does it have one of them little hidden allen bolts under the tensioner arm ?
off to look for a tensioner bolt ...

I've got an Oka. I can't actually remember now if it's the original Maxle or if I replaced it.
It's not got an Allen key at the end that you adjust the tension with but I think it's the type that you depress and twist to alter where the arm ends up. (Edit, like in the video above)

I don't believe that mine ever comes undone. It's a firm push to lock it but not overly so.
