Am i doing something wrong?

Find my front (20mm) and rear (12mm) loosen on a regular basis, almost every ride. Something like a quarter turn. Fairly old frame and forks (2011/12).

Never had this issue with QR.

have you adjusted the tension so the lever is tight when it rocks over?

What del said. On newer ones there is a little grub screw and older ones it's more like a traditional qr. Closing the lever should be fairly tough and leave a small red mark/indent on your hand.

Erm, you mean actually look at it to see what could be done? Well no, but I will be shortly. Does it have some sort of screw to adjust tension?

EDIT: Not tough on either to tighten so some fettling tonight, cheers guys.

There's a bunch of different versions tbh, the latest one is a sort of push-to-adjust thing on the front, toolfree, quite clever tbh. The rear on mine is an absolute pain in the arse.
