Assuming 15mm then option 6 (I think that is the 100-148-11-M15-P1.5 option).
The bike shop doesn't know what they need to replace it??? and people wonder why they go out of buisness...
Yeah - surely this is the LBS' problem?
Why aren’t the LBS replacing it with a new one or something similar.
Ask them for a Burgtec one. Burgtec RS non-boost
If the LBS lost it, they replace it. And they should be the experts, no? 🤷♀️
I wasn't involved in any of qhat happened. If I was I'd not be in this position I'd be kicking off big time.
Cheers for the recommendations though. Just getting his bike back on the trails will make his Christmas.
You've had you answer up there, helpful folks as usual but..
Can you name the shop who deem themselves competent to service forks, but then can't identify a common spare part for them!! I'd not trust they'd put them back together right and wouldn't want my bikes worked on by them.
Ratcliffe, leigh lancs.
Thats more of a toy shop than a bike shop, useless clueless numpties, Ratcliffes are responsible for the cost of any replacement you get, kick off when they're busy if they refuse to pay, but I don't think they're ever busy.
