I managed to round off the right 6mm hex on my 20mm maxle (for my boxxer WC 2009)... I know how to remove it from the forks (ie fully undo the 6mm from the left side, remove the centre spindle, then tap the now loose (rounded) 6mm bolt out revealing the larger hex which you can now put a big Allen key on...)
but this is a pain... and I bought a QR maxle before christmas, but only now had a look at fitting it... and I noticed the threads were completely different... I hadn't realised the design had changed this significantly... can anyone point me to the correct part I need (do they do a QR maxle for this fitting?
