I wonder how far in you can get the seat post on a Vitus Escarpe 29 (current model). Especially size S and M.

Not a clue, but if it ends up that it's not far enough, just cut the bottom of the seatpost off.*
*lets assume here it's a standard seatpost, and not a dropper.

If it was a standard seat post I would not ask. It's a dropper. It's very strange that almost no frames has this data, for smaller bikes it's as important as seat tube length.
