I bought my wheel set from a uk dealer (not local to me) and took out a MP3 warrenty 12 months on the wheels are a bit battered/dented and the the free Hub is now very loose and noisy. So I've rang 3 local Mavic dealers and maybe all three was just having a bad day but non of them knew how I went about having my wheels repaired? Do I post them back to France or is it done by a local dealer and Mavic cover the repair?
Thanks for any advice.
It is usually*sent to France by a Mavic dealer, you wait a while**and it comes back to the dealer all shiny.
I Think you need to speak to one of their MP3 warranty dealers, you can find a list here if you put in a post code

Oh, and you have to pay the postage
*in my experience
**seems like an age
Thanks I'll call a few further a field dealers tomorrow...
The one thing I was told today " Mavic no longer offer the warrenty due cx rider using light weight Carbon wheels and distroying 2 sets within months???"
I took mine to my local mavic tech centre, they were very helpful, mavic... not so much.
Mavic UK ended up having a go at Mavic France and giving them a kick up the arse.
Local mavic dealer will do it, I work at one if your in north Wales bring it to me!
