I've just bought a new Cannondale Super Six Evo and would like to switch the Ksyriums from my current 10 speed bike.
Is there an easy way to tell if they're 11-speed compatible without dismantling everything to try it?

yeah they are
All Mavic road wheels from the last 15 or so years are 11spd compatible
