Hi,
I'm trying to find a service guide for the above wheels, rear in particular.
I've watched this youtube vid [url]
but when i try to take the freehub body off the non drive axle comes out instead
So, any on line guides or can anyone tell me how to replace the freehub and bearings and what size replacement bearings are needed.
thanks
Simon
There's a Mavic dealer site with downloadable PDFs with all that stuff. If you google for it, the URL and the password information are out there, I think on mtbr.com forum. Sorry, can't remember them offhand and it's not bookmarked on my lap-top. I'm pretty sure the bearing sizes are listed in the pdf. Also be aware that the freehub runs on a plastic bushing which is non-replaceable, so if there's play in that you need to replace the freehub body at a cost of about 50 quid.
Thanks BWD, i'll search around for those. I know about the bushing, the youtube vid told me that much and luckily i've got a spare body ready to fit. The bearings are a bit gritty though so i might as well give it the full hit.

Can't find it but i've put a post up, also i did find out that you can now get replacement bushings for the freehub body so you don't have to replace the whole thing.
