So I currently have 2013 Crossmax ST with 12x142mm adapters.

I need to fit to a frame with standard rear 135mm spacing with 9.5mm QR. I have order these 12mm>9.5m

Am I right in thinking I need the Mavic kit 30872201?? The below pic is what I have, assume I just need the 135mm adaptor to take of f7mm?

I have these:

My ST's came with all of the above, and as you say, the black end caps are for the 135 and the parts at the top just push in.
As the wheels arrived in the box, the rear was fitted with the 135x12 and the others in bags.
If you look at page 20 in this doc

You will see the exploded diagram shows 30872201 installed, so you are correct in saying those are the ones you need

yes your right, just be careful running those hubs with QR as the spindle is not supported by a 12mm axle and they can snap

I have run three sets of ST wheels over the years with 135QR as you are proposing and none has any issues with the axles. IIRC the 12mm QR eg. Maxle, is only in contact with the adaptors, not the entire axle so with the 9mm QR elemnts pushed in properly they are as well supported as the 12mm axle
