I'm looking into getting some new wheels but can't really decide between the Mavic Crossmax Enduro or XL's. Is anyone here using either of the wheels or have any good advice. After a light weight and strong wheel set for Enduro riding.

As an owner of a set of crossmax enduros (26 version) i'd hand on heart say xl's for enduro racing. The stupidly narrow rear wheel on the enduros is fragile and flexy, i snapped or ejected loads of spokes before finally giving up and getting my lbs to build me a wider 24 spoke enduro front rim onto an old crossmax sx hub. Several of my mates have had the same issues with the enduros so it's not just me and most of the mavic pros run 24 spoked front rims on the rear.
