Ive a pair of crossmax wheels TLR. Although they are great wheels no matter how hard I try i cannot get a set of nobby nics to fit on the rimms. I have also tried racing ralfs both ust and both the same problem. Now I have the tyres I cant use them (the ralfs are part worn)
At present i am running tubed fire xc pro's that go on a treat. All tyres are the same size and 2.1. Any ideas anyone?
Have you tried warming the tyres in a bucket of hot water first? That was the only way I could get my Geax UST tyres on some DT Swiss rims.
Not looking forward to getting them off again though.....
just down to technique and maybe some bigger tyre levers 😉
