Hi chaps,
Ive got a pair of new Mavic Alpine Xl shoes here, and they feel hard against my ankle bone on my left foot. Played round with lacing them tight, soft etc and moved the tongue around, and used some spare volume reducers. But they're still harsh against my ankle bone.
Does anyone have the same shoes, and do they break in? Im loathe just to put faith in that they'll break in, as its costly, and could marr a ride...

Mine rub both ankles below the ankle bone. I wear two pairs of socks to stop this and it's okay.
