Recently acquired fork and put in the 29er spacers. Fork seems ok but bottoms out very harshly and very easily when in 'lock out' mode. ie with the green knob turned anti-cklockwise. Also can't seem to engage the middle silver knob onto damper adjuster. Any suggestions?

Thanks bandito, will try that. Always feel guilty asking the 'professionals' directly tho. 😳

Thing is I want to sort them myself which takes business away from them. Yeah, I need to get over myself!

In my experience, either of them will be more than happy to help any which way. You're going to have to buy spare parts at some time anyway!
