Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any Maverick DUC32 fork wiper seals and seal heads?

Both the plastic seal heads on my forks are now starting to crack and the wiper seals are perished and splitting so I need to find some new ones ASAP.

Tried the normal places but there seems to be a back log and necessary to wait a few weeks. Anyone got any knocking about they would sell or know any local bike shop that may have some?

Thanks!

Do the Fox 32 seals fit? There is a Maverick/Palamino/Duo FB group where some are suggesting they do...

Have you tried Tim @ Sideways Cycles? He always used to have a load of Mav spares kicking about. No idea if he still does!

If you really get stuck for plastic parts / seals, then Cheshire Seals can custom machine things for quite reasonable prices. They have done one-off obsolete industrial hydraulic seals for me in the past. Very helpful and stock a massive range of materials.

id be amazed if the DUC 32 is different to the SC32 on my fat bike.

i just took the old seals to the bearing and seal shop and got them to match the old ones....

Id be more than amazed if they were propitiatory to the fork.

Seal heads you can get from maverick suspension in the states https://mavericksuspension.com/products/

As far as I remember Ethan used to work for Maverick Bikes. He was really helpful last time I ordered some bits from him and they came really quickly.

Cheers all, sideways cycles have run out and ethan is wanting $45 for the alloy seal heads plus $22 postage. Just wondering if there any in the UK first as for a one off order postage makes it an expensive option.

Anyone had any luck with seals from Fox or other brand forks? I see they are very very similar to the SKF low friction ones that fox use.

Have you tried John Atkins They serviced my Monolink shock and were very good. I miss my ML7, it was such a good bike.
