Anyone have/had some of these? What are they like?

i had the 2007 ones and they were god awful , no idea about newer ones
Faults:
Flexy side to side
Flexy under braking
Poor damping
Not as plush as id expected
faulty ATA that wound itself down and went back three times without being rectified
all i can say is i hope the new ones are better, they couldnt have been worse

Thanks, though it is the 2008 onwards model I am interested in. They get a good review on bikeradar but just wondered if anyone on here had had them.
