Don't know if anyone else has come across this but my 2006 All Mountain 2's seem to be lacking the full 130mm stroke they're supposed to have. Measuring the stroke is showing barely 105mm and that's with me using my full weight over the front of the bike.

Any suggestions anybody other than replace with Fox's??

Are you a heavier rider having to use a fair bit of air preload to get correct sag?

Your body weight 'static' should not bottom out your suspension.
With no weight on, is there enough stanchion showing?

Too much oil inside?

There is barely 135mm of stanchion from the dust seal lip to the underside of the crown when static. I'm 13 stone and I'm using 25% of the stroke to set my sag.

If they're an air fork, then let all the air out and compress them, if you're still not getting full travel, then there's too much oil in them, a trademark of proper zocchis from when they were fab.

At just under 16 stone I found it impossible to get full travel with the amount of air I needed in preload to get anything like reasonable sag. Converting to coils both legs has solved that problem.

But at 13 stone I doubt that'll be your issue.
