I'm wanting to make my 2014 Marzocchi 350cr fork a bit more progressive. I've read you can do this by adding oil through the schrader valve to reduce the air volume. Does anyone have any experience of this? Can't see many details online.
What type of oil? How much at a time? Is it as easy as turning the fork upside down and letting the oil run out to reverse?
Cheers
You need a Schrader core removal tool, take the core out and try 10ml of fork oil, I used 10wt as that's what I had. It does help ramp up, I think I put 15ml in. Mine are newer 350 NCR which I believe use the lube oil and damping oil together so it may effect this but I've not noticed. If you haven't done a lower leg service do that as well.
