Anyone visited the epic pump track at Rhyl?

Thinking of going on Sunday. Does it get busy? Is there parking?
Cheers.

There is a car park, that's as much as I know other than it'll be windy

Unlikely to be busy (usually deserted).

Watch out for dog walkers.

That's the one. I quite like it for a half-hour mess about. My problem is that I'm too fast to just roll it, but not good enough to clear the doubles, so I end up casing stuff. The far left track (where the photo has been taken) forks at the end of the rollers and there are some decent berms on the right fork. You could probably just about kill an hour there, especially if you were with a few mates.

It's open access, btw - open all the time. There's a road race circuit and a BMX track (and the tip) at the same place, but they need to be formally booked and paid for, etc.

I live 1/4 mile away. Been twice. First time slightly naughty whilst half built and again about 6months later. It's fun but abit meh. Always deserted so dont worry about that but I certainly wouldn't travel to it!

If you do go post back and see if you can tempt me to try again!

I go when I visit my aunt in Rhyl. its quite good if you are into that sort of thing. I wouldn't bother driving an hour to it though.
