Off there next week and for the first 7 days I'll be with a group on established road routes. After that I want to explore the little lanes. I've got Cycle.Travel for planning routes and it can use the Spanish IGN maps which look pretty detailed except I can't be sure that all of the lanes it might use are paved. Are there any other maps that might help? I've been caught out before and as I'll be on my own i just want to be happy that it'll all be care free road riding.

Get one of these. They sell them over there in the bike shops too. Has all the best cycling roads colour coded.
Cross check any road you are doubtful, about using sattelite image from googlemaps frinstance.
