I get the occasional guard ,tyre buzz.

Has anyone made something less wobbly?

My PDWs are a lot less buzzy than my SKSs, possibly something to do with relatively thick aluminium stays instead of the SKS steel wire!

Same here, Velo Orange guards have thicker stays than the SKS's I have on other bikes.

I make my stays from 6mm alloy tubing. Makes for a rigid setup and pretty well immune to crashes.

Very tidy. I shall purchase tube tomorrow, spend all day making a hash of it and just putting up with the rub.

Wish me luck!

Bought myself some tubing as above and it's so sturdy I only needed to fit it to one side. No more rubs.
