I have 4 18650 cells and a holder and some experience of bodgetastic triple cree XRE and then XPG's using a buckpuck 3023 at 1amp.

some questions.....
a) Will one XM-L T6 at 3amps be a better bet than the three XPG's at 1amp on bars - looking for a bit of flood - head has spot throw?
b) This LED?
c) This driver?
d) no idea on a reflector - help please.
e) Is 14.4V a little too much for that driver?

Many thanks for any input - Wally

I use this driver. It's made by an enthusiast in Germany so it's a slightly dodgy personal paypal payment involved but I've had 3 off him and my bro had another so it all works out well.

The driver specs are linked off the post above. It's very flexible and easy to implement.
