The only part of my Cannondale sl4 that is original is the forks , i just got Renthal carbon bars and crank brothers stem to finish my Cotic /Crankbrothers BFe i must say its nice enough to lick. It has been a fantastic experience as well, learning to buy the parts without the wife finding out, having them delivered while she has been out . I feel like Jason Bourne of the biking world - now about those forks hmmmmmm ?

I worked through the parts list on my Hemlock a while back, I'm reasonably sure the 2 rear pivot axles and the rocker axles are original, and possibly the end caps on the main rocker axle. But it's definitely NOT a new bike, I'm not allowed more new bikes.
I tell the its the same bike just like triggers broom - same in spirit then i spend a bit more ,
M2 - frame (!) and cranks (StrongArms IIRC). That's it.
My other M2 - possibly the seat post, original Ritchey one..
