has anyone managed to fit a gopro mount to the above light?
would like to buy one but dont want the curved bar mount..
my google fu is weak and i cant find anything about any mods....
This might do the job assuming the light has a similar flat area on the bottom as most of the other common lights and they will ship to england.
If you know anyone with a 3d printer then this looks like it would also work.
cheers for that, reckon thatd work just fine..
can print the one mikeG posted for £5 delivered.
Yes please! Could I get 2 ? Chris@cranmoreconsulting.com
get these, took a week for mine to be delivered.
I 3D printed some for a few people, seemed to work fine.
I've got the gearbest adaptor (and it works, kinda), but if you can get one 3D printed I'd use that.
Go-Pro mounts work much better when they're made of plastic and can bend a bit, so if you use an aluminium adaptor in an aluminium mount they slip unless you stick some insulating tape between each finger to pad it out.
on the magicshine 902 can the curved bar mount be easily removed?
Under the padding there will be a screw to undo.
Bear in mind you will need to reuse that screw or one of equal length, you don't want to put a 2" screw through the internals.
cheers...I've found several 3d printed gopro mounts that someone off of here printed for my troutlite that I reckon will bodge on just proper...
