Anyone got some?

I recently bought a pair after my Madison Zenith waterproof trousers/shorts finally died

Now i ordered the same size as my Zenith's (XL) and on the first ride in the rain i noticed they seem to be shorter then my Zenith's

With the Zenith's the bottom of the leg stayed covering my waterproof boot without moving within the pedal stroke

Now the DTE's seem to rise up as i go through the pedal stroke and they expose the top of my waterproof boot at the neoprene velcro closure and thus allows that area to get wet

Now ive not got any taller so only thing i can think of is Madison have changed the cut/shape/length at the knee and this is causing the leg to rise as i go through the pedal stroke

Anyone else had this?

After some Google searching it seems Madison offer the DTE in various leg lengths, 30cm, 32cm & 34cm in each waist size

And it seems most online shops dont state this and just show the size as M, L, XL etc.. and dont mention leg length at all (im looking at you Lesiure Lakes!)  a couple have a drop down menu so you can choose the leg length but most dont mention it at all

Its too late to return them as they have been worn once and ive no tags or OG packaging so ill have to sell them on and buy some more in the right leg length

Aye spotted these on sale at LL and nearly bought them but was wary of the leg length, it's the one thing in the reviews that made me think, at last!

Suspect I'll end up ordering some in via the LBS...

Pretty sure my Madison trousers are DTE, I don't end to use them much as I can't get pads under and pad over is going to encourage water seepage. Yes, mine ride up on the ankles (34" inseam in XL) , contributing to why I seldom use them, but with all the mud I pulled them into service yesterday and with water proof socks they faired ok.

What you've got mixed up with is the old and new versions. The Leisure Lakes are the old , the price is reflected £50 Madison brought out an updated version this Winter in various lengths , they are at least 3 times the price so you can't really blame LL .

I wear mine loads, also from leisure lakes.  I sized up as use them for walking and if really wet have some gaitors.  Mine are 32 inch inside leg xl.  If you want to sell yours on dm me with price I may be interested.
