What kit do i need to shorten the hoses? Olives and what have you I mean.

When I did mine I just needed new barbs and olives ([url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=69605 ]these ones[/url]), they didn't need bleeding afterwards. 8mm spanner and a cable cutter did the job. Just be careful, keep the hose upright, and have everything ready to go before you make the snip!

Everything to do it came with mine. Useful shimnao guide somewhere shows you how to do it without a bleed.
