Anyone been out down to Lyme Park East Gate and over to Green Lane, looks like some of it's been surfaced like the M1 - the technical section between the two gates near Green Lane has been re-surfaced - it was always a fun challenge, especially in the mud. Seen pictures on twitter today.. Ruined
Anyone been up recently. I hope they haven't touched the East Gate descent from Lyme.

Rode it last night for a change and was a bit comical climbing over the 8ft gate in the wind.
Its been surfaced from the cross road junction at Green Lane end down to the bridge (which is still knackered and out of bounds) then up the other side to the East gate. Only technical bit it negotiating the wooden steps that divert you round the knackered bridge.
I imagine it has been done as it is part of the Gritstone Trail.
Yep - Cheshire East just did it... Lyme didn't know it was happening until a contractor asked for access through the Park!
