Why have you even bothered posting this?

All members on here own either a Santa Cruz or Orange 5 and certainly wont be able to see past that.

The Mojo HD 650 and the Yeti SB75 looked very much like rush-jobs.
Hopefully this will be better thought out.

Looks like a cross between the Pivot Mach 6 and a Stumpjumper though 🙂

Bloody awful photographs, not even a full side-on view. It might well look lovely, but I can't really tell.........

Some slightly more 'side-on' shots here:

Looks like an Enduro with added lower-linkage. Not necessarily a bad thing, but where does that leave the HD650 now?

When you see the price of carbon molds, I doute that it's a prototype 😉 nice looking bike.
150mm rear? 67° up front? Could be a little less pedal friedly than the HDR.

I was a little curious but the local distributor is a bit part time and it's hard to even find one to look at so I got a SC...

And I am a serial five purchaser but it's still 'lush'

Fingers crossed it's not comedically short like the old ones.

Looks really nice, way better than the HDR.

Not as interesting as the new yeti though.

Nice bikes but I wonder if this one will actually be what it's meant to be?? The Hd140 was actually a Hd130 and the HDR is the biggest 'we missed the boat so here is a bodged together lash up' ever.

Really? Never seen anyone mention this before,on mtbr or here. You learn something new every day.

Yeah the HD140 is actually about 132mm in travel terms, not that it's really ever bothered me tbh. It's certainly a great looking bike, and hopefully they've gone a lot longer on the geometry. The main complaint I have with my HD is the super short top tube.

Funny the dislike of the HDR, I really love mine, and its not like I'm an Ibis fanboy, I own and enjoy lots of other brands. I find it surprising that so few of you rate the HDR...

The Mojo HD 650 and the Yeti SB75 looked very much like rush-jobs.

In Ibis' case, there's a reason for that..

They got caught out and missed the 650B boat. It had sailed and they were sinking like the titanic.

An interesting view. You know about the HD 650b and how it came about, and eventually led to the HDR?

It looks like a rush job, and because Ibis' R&D Dept appears to be very small (witness the time taken to get the Ripley and Tranny 29 out), it's easy to believe it was a rush job.

Any 650b bike that's based on a 26" bike but has shorter travel is a bit poor really.
If Banshee can make bikes that take both wheel sizes, retain geometry and travel all with the swap of some dropouts, it can't really be that difficult. I haven't heard a bad word about The Banshee Rune or Spitfire with either wheelsize.

It looks nicer than either the previous Ibis front triangles or the Pivot Mach 6 imo.

It's either a Minion or a High Roller - probably the latter.
I initially thought Ardent, but I don't think they make that in a 275x2.3

I think it looks brilliant. I need some Crossmaxes in my life!

What I don't appreciate is your use of the word 'lush'. My cousin uses that word. She's 14. I don't believe any grown man (I guess you're a grown man) should ever feel the need to use that word. MTFU.

That'd look even better with the Ibis, super wide, carbon wheels on it.

I suppose that'd make it 'Well lush'?

That's a good looking bike. Hope they don't give it the geometry of an XC bike like they normally do...

With eye measurements i'd say steeper st°, longer tt , 66.5/67° ha et new dw-link.

longer tt

All those photos look super-short TT to me.

It isn't the ETT that's the problem on the Mojos, it's the slack seat angle making the reach very short for the ETT - medium Mojo is similar ETT to my Spitfire but even the XL Mojo is shorter in reach!

If its ACC's bike, its a s 😉 The rear tyre could be a Michelin. Difficult to say for the reach. Looks like the Bos is 150mm. All in all it looks more agressif et less pedal friedly.

Looks very nice. This is why I never went for an HDR 650B, mixed up bike design I felt and knew they would bring out at 650b probably after I bought one! Hence why a Pivot Mach 6 was the bike of choice for me. And I have no regrets at all, a superb bike.
