Hi all, Im looking at a second light and been a fan of Lupine lights for years owned a few and currently own a blika and love it. Bit pricey but build quality it outstanding as you would expect being German and nice light pattern.
Been looking at the wilma for a bit more light but reading mixed reviews as its a bit more of a focused spot ! Im using it for quick technical descents on the helmet as dont really get on with bar mounted lights. Do any of you guys use the current wilma would love to hear your thought's

My last experience with Lupine was 2009/10 so I can't comment on the current Wilma. It's certainly pricey though! If you're happy to look at an alternative then the Four4th OMG helmet light is excellent. Four4th lights are very well made with great beam patterns. I'm still running their original Exodus helmet light from 10 years ago, and I have a Holy Moses on the bars which is a few years old now as well. I was about to replace the Moses with one of their all-in-one Rameses lights but after trying a friends OMG I'm thinking of getting one of them instead, keeping the Moses on the bars.

I'm a big fan of their green LED's as well.

Got a brand new old stock Wilma 5 I bought recently from Cycle Surgery closing down sale. Yours for same price I paid £237.50. Never used it yet.

I've a Wilma from about 6-7 years ago with the big battery (Wilma 14 I think?) and it's still going strong. Beam pattern is certainly not tight and focussed. Great amount of light (upto 2800 lumens for 3 hrs 45 mins) and generally run at 1200 lumens for a 5hr 30 min run-time. When commuting I have it on the lowest setting I've preset (500 lumens) and only whap it up when car drivers don't dip their headlamps. I scroll up to 2100 lumens and they soon dip!

Its a great light, OK so it costs a lot so I bought it on the C2W scheme, but its definitely worth the price.

I had the original which was superb. Gave it away to someone on here who had all their kit stolen from their shed.

I have an old Wilma 5 still going strong, albeit now on its second battery. Its 1100 Lumens Doesn’t seem much less bright than my Magicshine’s supposed 5000 😆
