So Once a week I do an evening shift the rest are early morning shifts. On my evening commute I pass a old over weight man on a very old steel road bike, he lives in my village and i know he suffers from amnesia.
Now I'm no slim slim jim but i hold my own on the commute route. but always find my self slowed by him, he always speaks even though hes huffing and puffing and he always says the same thing.
It turns out he gets home and tells his wife how a young lad (me, 25 and loosing my hair) slowed for a chat,ad exchanged pleasantry which is supprising. It turns out every day he forgets, who I am and that he had even been on his bike.
Just a little story that made me feel good about my commute home.
