Have turned the house, garage and car inside out looking for my absent pump and it's nowhere to be seen.

I figure the quickest way to find it will be to buy another one, so what's good these days?

Loath to spend lots as the one I've lost was a good 'un (Lezyene Alloy Drive). Previously had a topeak mini blaster (or something similar) which wasn't particularly reliable.

Any views on the Bontrager Air Support at Evans for £15?

Thanks.

Right, off to measure shock lengths and check for play in bearings...

My mate has a Topeak Morph. Mine never leaves the bag when he's along. Best trail pump ever. Fits in the pack but acts like a floor pump. Your riding again before anyone gets cold!

Another lezyene?

I picked one up in the CRC VIP sale as I had a £5 voucher too.

The Topeak morph is also one I would like to try.

Get yourself a TRADITIONAL PUMP you know the type we had as kids. I have one its about 8 inches and has the adaptors for both valves. Takes about a min to but 30psi in a tyre. Got my one 5 years ago for £2.99 from halfords.

I've had one of these for years and it hasn't let me down, head fits well on both valve types, it's light and doesn't struggle at all getting road bike pressures in. Comes with decent clip to strap it on alongside bottle cage too.

Unexpected good news: found my lost pump!
It was in my bike bag.
The one I checked first (just not very well, it would seem).
Thanks though :o)

these are brilliant, they are indestructable and you can get a road tyre to about 5 bar - and because of the price you buy one thinking 'if it breaks no probs' but it won't
