hi, ive got a dt swiss pw1600 front wheel with a 15mm bolt through axle that has developed some play in the bearings i believe. ive no idea how to, or if i can tighten them up or if they are cartridge bearings that need replacing?
or do i buy a new pair of wheels?

Almost certainly cartridge bearings. Time for a new pair!

Yeah for sure- a pair of bearings is £20max, another £10 or so for lbs to fit.
Unless your wheel is fubar and wonky as well?
