As per the title, I'm after a bit of local knowledge of trails around Combs Edge, Combs Moss,Short Edge and the Fort.
From over on the Ladder Hill side there looks to be a few routes and on Strava there are a couple of segments round the back.
Just wondering if you can actually link up Midshires Way with Combs Edge from the White Hall centre and if its rideable then onto Black Edge, Hob Tor and round Short Edge, Past The Fort then along the Tarmac (unless there's another way?? Cheeky or not) and pick up the track under Ladder Hill off Long lane

There will be some shooting tracks up there, but there's nothing on OS to suggest anything other than that and I've never heard of anyone discussing the existence of trails up there. Sorry I couldn't be any more help than that, despite being able to see Combs Moss from home!
