Preferably steel (large) to replace my 45650b - must be boost with 12mm through axle, near as possible to 65 degree HA and a threaded BB - oh, and not a niche expensive jobbie.
Ta!
Is Pace a 'niche, expensive jobbie' at £575? I guess it probably is.
Personally I'd just forget the steel bit and just buy a Sonder Transmitter - 258 quid currently and rides brilliantly. A mate who tests this stuff reckons he'd take one over any of the steel frames currently on the market.
Ragley marley is (was) 170 ish on crc this morning, admittedly not steel
Surely a Cotic Soul is the answer? Loving mine
Soul or Pace as others have said. Had my MK5 Soul for just over a year and it's been my most ridden bike this year, so much fun and easy to work on too which is a bonus. Looks the dogs as well!
Transmitter indeed. Harshness an old problem on high volume tyres.
I like the look of the dmr trailstar.steel too and discounted.
On one Big Dog? Steel, 65 degree head angle and not too pricey. I think some are in stock and other sizes due in a couple of weeks.
I'll be selling my mint Cotic Solaris Max Longshot (Cosmic Black/Large) very soon (like as soon as I get a spare half hour to advertise it).
pm me if interested.
BFe!!!
Bonzodog, my mate might be interested in that Cotic if the OP is isn't, how much would you be wanting?
On one Tik Tik frame
loving my trailstar (320 direct from dmr)
would need to check they do boost droputs
I am demoing a Cotic Soul at Glentress on Sunday.
Will report back and let you know what I think.
Choice is more limited for those short of leg like me, I need an XS!
I’ve ordered a transmitter £259 in lovely teal colour 🙂
Full internal routing fairly light and geometry up to date !
Very difficult to look beyond a Soul.
