running time atac, they work well, but have worn out, the price is very fair for the quartz, and they are really light, but how do they perform, float, clipping, maintenance ....

I've got two pairs, one on the MTB, one on the road bike. Never had any other clip-ins but I find them great. Easy to get into and out of. Have done lots and lots of miles with them with no problems.

I've used them for several years...

Float - loads
Maintenance - never done any and only now is one bearing needing some tlc
Performance - I love em. A bit tricky to set up but once done they work well.

I really like them. Spds used to hurt my knees but these are fine.

I've got a set in black you can try out if you like for say £20 posted? I've got some shims, cleats and bolts kicking around too.

All my bikes are Crank Brothers, so these have had probably a month's worth of use.

Cheers

Ricks
